Culture

Lots of festivals are held in the centre of Malinska during summer months.
The church of St. Mary Magdalene from 1480. in Port is only 3 km away from Malinska. Next to church there is a monastery with a museum collection and a library.
The Early Christian church complex dates back to the 5th century and is located in the Cickini forest near Malinska. You can see the collection of archaeological finds Cickini in Sv. Vid, 700 m away from Villa.

Beaches

Malinska offers lots of beaches, of which are particularly known Rova beach, Paradise beach, Rupa beach and Malinska beach are especially noted.

Gastronomy

Malinska has many of autochthonous taverns and excellent restaurants where one can enjoy delicious food in an enjoyable island atmosphere. Autochthonous local specialties are: Kvarner shrimp, Krk pate, sheep cheese, Krk Ham, fish, young lamb, wild asparagus, olive oil, and the famous autochthonous wine "Vrbnička Žlahtina".
